Product description: The product match with INMOULD COATING apply to PU integral skin and High resilience foam with intensely bright,strong skin, without foaming line,easy clear the mould.

USAGE:

a.Clean well the mould.

b.Mix with water before using,dilute1KG release agent mix with 10~20KG normal water.

c.The mould temperature: 50-70degree.

d.Spray using nozzle gun diam 0.3 mm.

e.Tank pressure 0.8 -1 bar,Air pressure 2.5 bar.

f.Spray the release agent directly into the mould.

g.After spray the release agent dry it with air,and clean by cotton.

h.Pouring the PU materials and close the mould.
